How does pricing work?
Three plans — Starter, Pro, Business — billed monthly or annually. Enterprise is custom.
Do you offer a free trial?
14 days on every paid plan, no credit card required.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades are immediate, downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes — annual billing and non-profit pricing are available.

Which models are supported?
65+ across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and open-weight options on Enterprise.
Can I use my own keys?
Bring-your-own-key supported on Pro and above.
Are there usage caps?
Each plan has a monthly token allowance; overages billed transparently.
Privacy
Do you train on my data?
No. Customer content is never used to train models.
Where is data stored?
EU or US, your choice on Pro and Enterprise.
Is there a DPA?
Yes — see /legal/dpa for the standard pre-signed agreement.
Billing
What payment methods are accepted?
Cards, ACH, SEPA, and wire on Enterprise. Stripe-hosted checkout.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes — every receipt is downloadable; named invoicing available.
How do refunds work?
Pro-rated refunds on annual plans within 30 days of billing.
Account
How do I add teammates?
Invite by email from Workspace settings; SSO on Enterprise.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, anytime — full data export available before deletion.
